A Calvary Chapel, Golgotha, Clerkenwell, London

1 Oct

Here’s a link to a great blog-post by Tom Chivers on ‘London’s Golgotha‘, dealing with the Calvary hill and chapel, probably founded during Henry VIII’s reign, to the north of London.  This is the Chapel of Mount Calvary without Aldersgate, about which little is known. I’ll post more about this site in due course: in the meantime, enjoy Tom’s post.
